About Life Paramount

At Life Paramount we provide a complete Board of Parole Hearing package, commutation application and mentoring services for those who seek to understand the why behind the why. Our primary purpose is to empower individuals through high quality recovery and mentoring. Our mission is to help the underserved community inside the prison system. Our main objective is to educate and mentor individuals on their path to find physical and mental freedom. We specialize in murder, sex offenses and other criminal thinking patterns. We started this company to help others understand their own recovery and to become a living amends in honor of their victims. This is the best way to reduce recidivism and protect our communities. Change is an inside job, each person must brave this journey as an individual supported by our community.

The commutation and BPH processes are very complex. We are here to guide you through those processes and help you put your recovery into words that the BPH and the Governor can understand. Your FREEDOM is on the line. We take this very serious. We could go on and on about gaps in board packages, bad guidance, lack of insight and even paid attorneys didn't even know how to put together a quality commutation or BPH package. We have a successful system and we make it simple. If you're ready, let's get to work!

Our Founder

Evan Strafaci like many of us grew up in a dysfunctional family. He experienced many traumas (abuse, abandonment and neglect). He joined the Navy to get away from his home town. He entered active duty on Feb 11, 1998. After completing Seaman Apprenticeship training, he was assigned to the USS Clark (FFG-11) where he worked in the deck division for 18 months. After a year, he started working with the Radioman and began getting qualified to stand the "in port petty officer" radioman watch.  Before he decommissioned USS Clark, he was working exclusively with the Radioman.

In January of 2000, Evan reported to IT "A" school in Great Lakes, Illinois where he graduated second in his class. Upon completion of "A" school he received orders to Commander Naval Reserve Forces Command in New Orleans, Louisiana. While at CNRFC, Evan worked in the communications department in the desktop support division as the work center supervisor and also as the leading petty officer in the information assurance division.  During this time he was attending night school working towards his Bachelors at Herzing College. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology in 2004 and left active duty for a position at Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems at the Unmanned Systems (UMS) site as the Cyber Warfare Integration Network (CWIN) infrastructure lead. He left the CWIN and accepted a position with the Systems Engineering Integration and Testing (SEIT) on the X-47 Navy Unmanned Combat Systems (N-UCAS) contract where he completed the Certification and Accreditation package for the system. During this time he was attending school working towards a dual masters at the Florida Institute of Technology. Upon graduation he earned a Masters of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration. He accepted a position as a Cyber Information Assurance Analyst in Rancho Bernardo, California.

Evan continued his Naval career by joining the Navy Reserve in 2006 and he received orders to Deep Submergence Unit (DSU) where he submitted his application for a commission as a Naval Officer. While at DSU, he was selected for commission as an Information Professional and was assigned to Commander Pacific Fleet Detachment 601. He was a fully qualified IP officer. He received his Information Warfare Dominance Officer (IDWO) qualification in 2011. He was selected for command of Expeditionary Communications Detachment Five (ECD-5) in 2013. In 2015 he was selected for promotion to Lieutenant Commander. His awards and decorations include two Navy Achievement Medals and the Good Conduct Medal.

In 2016 he entered the prison system. A time when prop 57 was being implemented. The authors of that bill and the voters believed that change was possible for everyone if they could incentivize it enough to motivate them to participate in recovery. While at Chuckawalla Valley State Prison (CVSP) he watched many men transform their belief systems by taking classes and groups. During this time he also earned two more degrees; Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science and an Associate of Arts in Arts and Humanities. He was fortunate enough to simultaneously complete an alcohol and drugs specialist program. In 2024 he was transferred to Ironwood State Prison (ISP) where he started many programs before paroling.

In 2021 he had a “Spirtual awakening” inside CVSP. “I woke up into my own life! I heard a calling and I answered that call.” In that moment he was given the greatest gift of his life, freedom. As soon as he paroled he registered with CADTP as a drug and alcohol counselor and started Life Paramount. Currently he is working on his Peer Specialist and Life Coaching certifications.

Today he helps others find their own awakening.  “Working with others brings meaning and purpose to my life. I intend to leave the world a better place than when I entered it. One person at a time.”
